To ensure a fair process for all our customers, we have established clear guidelines regarding the return of digital eSIM products. Understanding these requirements before you purchase or attempt to install your eSIM will help ensure a smooth experience should you need to request a reversal of your transaction.

Strict Eligibility Criteria
Because eSIMs are digital products that are delivered instantly, refunds are only possible under very specific circumstances. To qualify for a refund, your eSIM must meet the following mandatory conditions:
- No Installation or Activation: The eSIM must NOT have been installed, downloaded, or activated on any device. Once the QR code is scanned or the activation code is manually entered into a device, the product is considered delivered and used.
- Zero Data Usage: The account must show that exactly 0 bytes of data have been consumed. Our system logs track data usage in real-time; any data transmission, regardless of how small, will disqualify the plan from being refunded.
Important Exclusions
Please be aware that TravelyData cannot provide refunds in cases where the service fails due to hardware limitations or user error. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Devices that do not support eSIM technology.
- Devices that are locked to a specific mobile network operator (carrier-locked).
- Accidental deletion of the eSIM profile after installation.
- Poor signal strength in areas where the local network provider does not have coverage.
How to Submit a Request
If your eSIM meets the eligibility criteria of being uninstalled with zero data usage, please contact our technical support team. You will need to provide your order ID and the email address associated with the purchase. Once our team verifies that the eSIM remains unactivated and unused, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a standard processing window.
