How to install and activate your Malaysia eSIM

Go to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data > Add eSIM (or Add Cellular Plan).
Scan the QR code from your TravelyData confirmation email. Do this on Wi-Fi before your flight.
Label the plan, for example “Malaysia Travel”, so you can tell it apart from your home SIM.
When you land in Malaysia, set the eSIM as your mobile data line and turn on Data Roaming for it.

Do I need an eSIM for Malaysia, or can I buy a SIM card on arrival?

What is your refund policy for the Malaysia eSIM?

You get a 100% refund if your phone does not support eSIM or is locked to a carrier, the eSIM has not been installed or activated, and you claim within 14 days of purchase. You also get a full refund if your eSIM is not delivered. If a technical error on our side stops the eSIM from activating, or the local network is down or the signal is too poor to use it, and our support team cannot fix it, we will refund it in full (for a technical error on our side, we may replace the eSIM instead).
