1. Introduction to TravelyData eSIM Services

TravelyData Limited provides digital SIM cards, commonly known as eSIMs, which allow travelers to access mobile data plans globally without the need for a physical SIM card. Our eSIM solutions are designed to provide seamless connectivity, high-speed data, and cost-effective roaming alternatives.

2. Device Compatibility and Activation

2.1. eSIM Compatible Devices

  • Customers should make sure that their mobile device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked before completing a purchase.

  • If your device does not support eSIM or is locked to a carrier, and the eSIM has not been installed or activated, you are entitled to a 100% refund under our eSIM compatibility guarantee, provided you claim within 14 days of purchase (see Section 5 and our Cancellation & Refund Policy). Apart from this guarantee, TravelyData Limited is not responsible for purchases made for devices that do not support eSIM technology.

2.2. Delivery and Installation

Upon a successful transaction, the eSIM QR code and installation instructions will be delivered instantly via the email address provided. One eSIM profile can typically be installed only once on a single device.

3. Data Usage and Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

  • The eSIM data plan starts either upon installation or upon arrival at the destination, depending on the specific plan selected.

  • Users must comply with the local laws of the country where the eSIM is being used.

  • While we strive to provide “Unlimited” plans where stated, some local carriers may apply a Fair Usage Policy to ensure network stability for all users.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices for eSIM plans are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely. TravelyData Limited does not store your credit card or sensitive financial information.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy for eSIM is as follows:

  • eSIM compatibility guarantee (100% refund): If the user’s device does not support eSIM or is locked to a carrier, and the eSIM has not been installed or activated, the user is entitled to a 100% refund, provided the claim is made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Non-delivery (full refund): If the eSIM is not delivered, the user is entitled to a full refund.

  • Technical error (replacement or full refund): If the eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical error caused by TravelyData, and our support team cannot fix it, we will replace the eSIM or issue a full refund.

  • Local network problems (full refund): If the local network is down, or the local signal is too poor to use the eSIM during the user’s trip, and our support team cannot fix it, the user is entitled to a full refund.

  • No Refund: We cannot issue refunds for a change of mind, if the eSIM has already been installed, activated or scanned (except for a technical error caused by TravelyData or a local network problem as above), if the user provides an incorrect email address, or if a claim under the eSIM compatibility guarantee is made more than 14 days after purchase.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method (PayPal) within 5 business days after approval.

6. Service Availability and Liability

6.1. Network Coverage

TravelyData Limited partners with various global telecommunications networks. We do not guarantee 100% coverage or specific network speeds (e.g., 5G/4G/LTE), as these are subject to the local provider’s infrastructure and environmental factors.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TravelyData Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the eSIM service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on https://travelydata.com/, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TravelyData Limited and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data collected during the eSIM purchase process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy to ensure your information remains secure.
